We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Administrator to work in the main School Office.
Grade: Scale 4 FTE £19,524
Pro rata salary for 25 hours per week, TTO £11,857
Hours: Monday – Friday 5 hours per day (am or pm), Term Time only, Permanent
Start Date: 11th April 2016
We are looking for an Administrator to work in the School Office for 25 hours per week. This is a job share post and the current Administrator will also be working 25 hours per week, to ensure that the School Office is open from 8.00 am – 5.00 pm.
The hours of work for the successful candidate will either be 8.00am – 1.00pm or 12.00pm – 5.00pm, on a rota basis.
The main duties of the post include:-
- Undertaking reception duties
- Administering Parent Pay
- Dealing with pupil attendance and admissions
- Assist with pupil first aid and welfare duties
- Provide general admin and clerical support
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organised and committed to ensuring the school is providing an efficient front of house service. They must have significant knowledge or experience of dealing with recruitment procedures, and the ability to oversee Health and Safety, premises and administrative functions within the School.
