Oakhill is a mainstream primary school serving the local community for children aged 3 to 11.
In common with all mainstream primary schools, children with a wide range of special educational needs (SEN) and disability attend the school.
The school has a mainstream resourced provision for up to 6 children (a maximum of one child per year group) who have a primary need of speech, language or communication (but not a primary difficulty identified as lying on the autistic spectrum) and a Statement or Education Health Care (EHC) Plan.
Admissions for children with Statements or Education, Health and Care Plans:
Parents/carers should contact the Local Authority’s Special Educational Needs Team, as this team manages the admission to school of children with Statements or Education Health Care Plans through a consultation with schools procedure. The Special Educational Needs (SEN) Team can be contacted on: 020 8496 6505.
