Welcome to Oakhill Primary School.

We are a one form entry school located in Woodford Green, right next to Epping Forest. We are comparatively small community where every child is valued for their individual talents and personalities.

At Oakhill our expectations are high; we strive for excellence and aim for each child to have the opportunity to develop their unique talents. We value honesty, respect and kindness from all members of our community. Our committed staff and positive, hard-working pupils continually develop and grow and we constantly strive to further improve the learning experiences of the children in our care.

We want every child who attends Oakhill to become enthusiastic, independent and lifelong learners who have happy memories of their time in school. We nurture characteristics such as curiosity, resilience and perseverance and value opportunities for developing the skills of teamwork, leadership and integrity.

Partnership between home and school is important to us and a positive working relationship with families is crucial to a child’s success. We encourage families to be actively involved in their child’s learning and to work in partnership with the school.
